1. The Service Is Free

eContract is currently free to use. We do not ask for payment details and we do not charge for the Service, so there are no payments to refund.

2. Earlier Subscriptions

If you paid for a subscription before the Service became free, you can cancel it at any time. Contact us at [email protected] and we will help you cancel it and review any refund request in line with applicable law.

3. If Paid Plans Are Introduced

We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will publish their prices and refund terms at least 30 days before any charge applies. Nothing will be charged without your explicit consent, and your existing contracts and data remain accessible.
